An Innovation Toddler is on the Move!

Big Eye Innovation is officially 2! Starting a business will test your patience, sanity, confidence and inner will to keep going. And while there were a few dark

moments (without all the sparkles) I'm so excited about this year's accomplishments including:

⭐ Working some fantastic new clients including Home & Community Support Services Grey Bruce, Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit, Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA), Elgin Ontario Health Team as well as an exciting seniors-focused project for a MAJOR Toronto hospital I have not yet been granted permission to advertise 😉 .

⭐Expanding our services to offer tech optimization thanks to a great collaboration with Christo Mitov (a Staples Studio co-working space success story in and of itself).

⭐Presentations at two major health-related conferences including for Spark Conferences and of course one of the "headlining acts" at this year's awesome, in-person OCSA conference. And we'll also be presenting next week to the Ontario Health Team's Patient Experience Community of Practice on the meaningful journey mapping exercise we did with the great team at Elgin OHT.

Building a sustainable business is certainly not for the faint of heart. But with every milestone, happy client and future plans (including creation of experience-based design education sessions specifically for a health care context on the horizon) I can honestly say the future is looking pretty bright! 😎
